THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ONLY AND SHALL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO UNITED STATES LAW. DO NOT ENTER THIS SWEEPSTAKES IF YOU ARE NOT A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES AND LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AT THE TIME OF ENTRY.

Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Daylight Time ("CDT") on September 20, 2009, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CDT, on October 17, 2009 ("Promotion Period").
HOW TO ENTER. To enter the NASCAR Craftsman Wrenchman Award(SM) Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), visit www.craftsman.com/wrenchman and complete the registration page as indicated with your first and last name, complete address with ZIP code, daytime phone number, age and e-mail address, and your vote for one (1) of the following NASCAR Craftsman Wrenchman Award(SM) contest finalists who you believe should receive the NASCAR Craftsman Wrenchman Award(SM). Once the form is complete, click the "submit" button to complete the entry/vote. Limit one entry/vote per person and/or email address per "day". For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a "day" shall be between 12:00:01 a.m. CDT and 11:59:59 p.m. CDT. Online entries/votes must be received by 11:59:59 pm CDT on 10/17/09. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.
"Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. Any other attempted form of entry is prohibited; no automatic, programmed, robotic or similar means of entry are permitted. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sears, Roebuck and Co. ("Sponsor"), Wunderman or any of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, retail location, suppliers, distributors, advertising promotion or any other agencies or entities involved in this promotion ("Promotion Parties"), NASCAR, Inc., and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, personnel, assigns and agents collectively, the "Released Parties") and members of their immediate families (biological or step), including parents, grandparents, children, siblings or spouses of any of the foregoing (regardless of where they live), or households of any of the above, whether related or not, are NOT eligible to participate. Void outside the 50 United States and D.C. and where prohibited by law.
DRAWING. Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about 10/24/2009. Drawing will be conducted by Wunderman, an independent judging organization, whose decisions will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZES. One (1) Grand Prize. Grand Prize consists of one (1) Trip for Two (2) to the NASCAR Craftsman Wrenchman Award(SM) ceremony in Miami, FL, ("Grand Prize Event"). Prize trip includes round-trip coach air transportation from the major airport nearest to the Winner's residence for the Winner and one (1) guest to Miami, FL, four (4) days'/three (3) nights' (double occupancy) hotel accommodations; ground transportation in Miami, FL (to/from airport and hotel, to/from hotel and events); entrance into the NASCAR© sanctioned race; one (1) $2,500 Craftsman Gift Card and $625 that could be used toward the payment of taxes. Approximate retail value of prize is $8,125. Actual value of the trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of Grand Prize will not be awarded. Selection of airline and hotel are solely within Sponsor's discretion. Meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other travel-related expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of Winner. Travel must take place from November 20, 2009 through November 23, 2009. All travel must be taken on dates specified or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate; no alternative travel dates are available. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. If Winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner's parent or legal guardian. Travel guest must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Travel guest must complete, sign and return a Publicity/Liability Release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel.
Two (2) First Prizes. Each First Prize consists of one (1) Craftsman C3 19.2 volt 11 pc. Tool Combo Set. Approximate retail value of each prize is $579.99.
Three (3) Second Prizes. Each Second Prize consists of one (1) Craftsman 247 pc. Mechanics Tool Set. Approximate retail value of each prize is $299.99.
Twenty (20) Third Prizes. Each Third Prize consists of one (1) $100 Craftsman Gift Card. Approximate retail value of each prize is $100.
Total value of all prizes available is $12,184.95. Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Gift Cards subject to terms and conditions set by issuer.
BY ACCEPTING GRAND PRIZE, GRAND PRIZE WINNER ACCEPTS THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN ATTENDING AUTO RACE SPORTS EVENTS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENTS ARE VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURENCES AND AGREES THAT PROMOTION PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH.
PRIZE NOTIFICATION/WINNER VERIFICATION: The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified on or about October 26, 2009, by overnight mail (and his/her parent or legal guardian is winner is an eligible minor) and will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release (where permitted by law) within ten (10) days of date printed on prize notification, or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from all eligible entries received, time permitting. If Grand Prize Winner is an eligible minor (18 in AL or NE), the Grand Prize will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian (on eligible minor's behalf), who will be required to sign and return all required documents and accompany eligible minor on trip. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Grand Prize Winner's travel companion must sign and return a liability/publicity release and his/her parent or legal guardian if companion is an eligible minor (18 in AL and NE) within time frame specified by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Winner and travel companion must travel on the same itinerary. If any prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if appropriate affidavits and releases are not received within the prescribed period, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, chosen at random from the remaining eligible entries received, provided, with respect to the Grand Prize, that adequate time remains to do so before the Grand Prize Event. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Trip prize (or any portion thereof) may not be sold, traded, transferred, assigned, refunded or redeemed for cash and cannot be rescheduled to dates not within the trip period set forth above. Prizes are non-transferable except as provided herein or at the discretion of the Sponsor. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if for any reason an advertised prize cannot be awarded as intended in these rules; and potential winners agree to such substitution as a condition of entry in this Sweepstakes. Limit one prize per household. Winners are responsible for payment of any taxes on prizes under applicable federal, state and local laws. Sponsor advises potential winners to seek independent tax counsel prior to accepting a prize. By participating, entrants agree to the Official rules, which are final and binding in all respects.
MISCELLANEOUS: By entering and/or accepting a prize, each entrant and/or Winner (a) agrees to release the Released Parties from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to participation in this Sweepstakes, the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize, attendance at Prize events or participation in prize-related activities (including, but not limited to, travel and attendance at the Grand Prize Event related thereto); and (b) consents to the use of his/her name, likeness, quotes and/or identity for advertising and publicity by the Releases Parties, with no additional compensation, as permitted by law. Release Parties are not responsible for and are hereby released from liability with respect to: (i) electronic transmissions/entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected or not received by the Sponsor or its agents for any reason, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or procession of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone, cable or satellite transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or (iv) any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. The Released Parties are further not responsible for and are hereby released from liability with respect to incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of the entries.
